Hello, I'm Angie Liu, a full-stack user experience and user interface designer with backgrounds in visual and information design. I apply my skills in information organization, visual impact, and research to create compelling user experiences. Currently, I hold the position of Senior UX Designer at Blizzard Entertainment, where I craft intuitive, elegant, and meaningful user-centered designs.

My expertise lies in user experience, user interface, and interactive design for digital devices, app design, and game design. I wield tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma. Additionally, I have experience in Game UI design, having worked with prominent companies like NetEase.

Intro


Avameaw is a social game adapted from the board game called "The Resistance: Avalon"


Avameaw is a social game adapted from the board game called "The Resistance: Avalon"

Avameow pits the forces of Good and Evil in a battle to control the future of civilization.

Meowthur represents the future of Britain, a promise of prosperity and honor, yet hidden among his brave warriors are Mordred's, unscrupulous minions.

These forces of evil are few but have knowledge of each other and remain hidden from all but one of Meowthur's servants.

Meowlin alone knows the agents of evil, but he must speak of this only in riddles. If his true identity is discovered, all will be lost."

The Avameow is a fun project that lets you play your beloved game online, eliminating the need for the tedious setup phase.


Background


During the pandemic, I and my friends were locked down in our small
apartments. We are big fans of social board games for example Werewolves, Night Werewolf, and Avalon games. We tried lots of ways to play together, but none of the software or applications could satisfy our requirements.

Then we decided to make one. Avameow is the prototype we have for the first step.
